Great remote, minor issues with TCL Roku TV Remote

UPDATE: I contacted support and they were very helpful. They actually bought the remote online to test it for me. The Roku TV remote uses unusual IR coding, but simply pressing the button (without holding it down) works to program the W10 GYRO remote. Unfortunately, I can't hold down a button to repeat an action like changing the volume, instead I have to press the same button multiple times. I was looking for a remote control for my gaming PC that I would connect to my TV. I've looked at these and many other remotes, but this one is the clear winner. I can say that we put a lot of thought into the design of this remote, the choice of buttons and the way they are laid out and positioned. Plus 34 programmable keys! Most other remote controls of this type have no more than 5 programmable buttons. Unfortunately, this product is not without flaws either. On the positive side, the remote control is very pleasant to the touch and easy to use, even though it is made of plastic. The keyboard on the back is actually quite comfortable to use, certainly not as good as a full-size keyboard, but a lot more comfortable when you're sitting on the couch. This is the only remote I've found that has all four Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Win keys on the keyboard. A small plus for me - pressing a button on the remote wakes up the computer. I have another similar remote that cannot do this. A few other annoyances: pressing the front panel arrow keys disables the mouse, and pressing the TV button (which puts the remote into TV mode) wakes up the computer. UPDATE: There is a technical reason why the arrow keys disable the mouse (the middle button acts like a left click and like the enter key depending on what mode it's in). Simply turning on the remote will also turn on the PC, so pressing the TV button can wake up the computer. You can disable the PC wake-up feature in Device Manager, but that means you have to turn the PC on manually. In short, I highly recommend this remote for Windows 10. It's a bit more expensive than other similar remotes, but worth the extra cost. It might work with other devices too, but most of the buttons are designed specifically for Windows 10 and nothing else.
