I've temporarily lost the ability to use the set when traveling. In desperation I ordered several replacements as we know not all tweezers are made or even used equal. These are definitely my favourites. My old tweezers gather dust like "when I'm desperate". fuse. The rest was decent, just not as perfect as this one. So you are ready for the journey as I refuse to put these beauties at risk. And I mean beauty. The contrast of the silver and gold aesthetic wasn't what I needed until I got it! They sparkle beautifully on the mirrored dressing table. Not that the aesthetics of tweezers are high or even on everyone's list, but they're good enough that they're still worth mentioning. Function + beauty = perfection
