Arrived broken for sports and leisure supplies

The bottle came with cracks in the grooves where you hold the bottle and was not wrapped in anything to protect it. It leaks when you try to use it. I bought these after buying more expensive bottles which started to smell musty after a few uses. I just can't find any good ones.
