Very easy to install, can be installed without reading the manual and without tools. The first mount I bought was too big for my handlebars and this one adapts better to different handlebar sizes. I'm about 1 inch in diameter, and the mount can be either smaller or larger. The silicone straps were easy to put on and the phone feels secure. I have an iPhone 7 Plus with an Otterbox case and it fits great. Can't write about it yet as it's raining but will update my review once I've ridden it on my mountain bike on roads some of which are bumpy and bumpy. UPDATE: After using this on a couple of bike rides and purposely over bumps, curbs and even a 6 inch high sidewalk this phone won't budge! The silicone straps are very easy to put on and take off and don't feel like they're about to tear. Excellent purchase! You need to tighten the ball joint on the back when you position the phone to keep it from moving. The bottom of my phone actually sits on top of a pannier so I'm not sure if that adds extra stability when moving around, but I'll tell you, this mount is solid!
