Took me about 30 minutes from unpacking to assembly. I always hope that everything works out, and that everything really worked without any manipulation on my part. All fittings, legs and shelves are numbered or numbered making the illustrated instructions easy to follow. I love this laminate. It is actually shaped along the edges, retaining the highly textured wood fibers at the edges, giving it the believable look of a natural wooden plank. The square tube legs have a rough, low-texture finish and wipe clean without snagging on a rag. The lower shelf has a height-adjustable central leg rest that prevents sagging under heavy loads. Both decorative and functional, the wall anchors not only prevent tipping if a child or pet sees it as a jungle gym (although the unit is separate), they actually have plenty of wiggle room if you need to move the unit around a bit. picking up a fallen object or stretching a string behind it. For reference in my photos, I adjust mine so that the legs are pressed against the wall as tightly as possible. I'm very happy with it and I think you will be too. Hope that was helpful, thanks!
