Broke in less than 20 hours of use. I mainly use this for wav points. Has worked well for 6 months. Then one day I noticed that it stopped saving wav points after each use. Called hummingbirds and went to troubleshoot and they didn't know why it stopped persisting. Said to update. and of course it doesn't need an update. So the website says I have to return it if the update doesn't install. they didn't let me in! They kept telling me to try other things and call back. Five times! After that I decided it was a waste of time to deal with them. I just tell everyone about the lousy service, how mine broke and they didn't stand up for their product. Since I only use it for wav points I'll just download the app to my phone and call it good. Water maps with depth work well, tracking is ok, just no wav points are saved. sucks if you leave crab traps overnight.
