Aquarium pumps and filters are very quiet

I have had an aquarium for 12 years and have always used a Tetra brand air pump. The Tetra air pump has always been hot and very noisy. If the air pump failed, I usually bought the same one. This time I decided to try something different. The new pump is very quiet and has a large air delivery area. The two included air stones are an added bonus. The only thing that didn't suit my tank was the length of the hoses, but that's because I have a very big and tall tank of 24 inches. I used additional hoses and my problem was solved.
