Installation was fairly easy but the product failed shortly after installation. I bought it to tow a utility trailer (up to 1500#) that will be used from time to time. The first CURT T connector failed after about 3 months. I was able to get a quick response through website support and was given a replacement unit. I used a few more times before winter with no problems. I recently got my trailer from storage but couldn't get the CURT-T connector to work (all wires show 12V). I submitted a support ticket a few weeks ago and am waiting for a response. I have to give low ratings given the short lifespan of the blocks, but they were easy enough to install.
