Only the first 15 seconds of your videos will play. You cannot add videos from Facebook, only images. Therefore, the video only needs to be uploaded from a phone or computer. I had to save 200 videos individually on my computer, convert each one to the right format, send them to my email in small batches of 4, and then save them to my phone so I could upload them to the frame. I also had to load them into my frame in groups of 9. It took me 4 days to figure out how to bypass the restrictions. Facebook doesn't let you store your own videos on your phone, only images. So I had to do it the way I did. Also upset that it's widescreen. 13 inches wide but only like 6 inches tall. There is a lot of extra space on the frame and the photos are much smaller. Unless you want to stretch and distort them to fit the screen. And I had to search the internet for Facebook download instructions. This is not possible in the app or on the frame itself. You must be logged into the Nixplay website to access your social media photos. This is not mentioned in the instructions or on the frame.
