With this stand I was able to adjust the wheels. I got the wheels to roll much more evenly than just using rim brake pads to get the wheels turning properly on the bike. It came fully assembled, all you have to do is unfold it and install it. There were no instructions included. But if you buy this, you probably already know how to use it. Check out some videos on YouTube. The design could be better: the part where the wheels are inserted is made of plastic instead of metal. Small adjusters could be threaded, but instead you just slide them in and out over the rim. One is freer than the other. I am happy with this purchase. Good price.
