Not suitable for all makes and models

I bought this for a 2000 Dodge Intrepid. The delivery was quick and the return was easy. The first turn signal that arrived when I installed it kept blowing the fuse on the turn signal, shouldn't be too big to get a bad one. So I change it to another flasher. the same when reinstalling. Turns out Chrysler needs a car specific turn signal assembly. I had to buy another turn signal made specifically for Chrysler at a much higher price.
