Great knife! for carving knives and forks
This is a great knife and well worth the money! I find the Ikon series very balanced and there is nothing to beat about Wüsthof steel. Unless you really enjoy cooking or don't pay a lot of attention to the knives you buy and use, I would say this knife is not for you, but if you are even half a serious cook I would invest in this.
