My daughter bought this basket for her daughter who was born mid February 2020. The basket is beautiful and she is very happy with it. However, a piece of white tape came loose at the top of the basket. This piece is rigid so there is no way to glue it with a small amount of glue. We tried to contact Linen Perch twice, through Revain and directly with the company via email. To date we have not received an answer. This basket is quite expensive for a changing basket. I understand anything can happen, but I expect this company to stand up for their product and not ignore the consumer. """"""""UPDATE: I am pleased to report that both my daughter and I have received a reply from Linen Perch. The basket is replaced; my daughter is very happy to get a new basket and is not afraid of her daughter poking at hard plastic. She spent a lot of time researching before purchasing this particular basket. However things are going, I'm happy to see that Linen Perch cares enough about their products and their customers. Feel free to buy this item!
