I ordered this hair and it arrived the next day. The hair is very soft. I ran my fingers over it and it was a bit faded on the right or on the box. I contacted the seller regarding the shredding and the length of the bundles and he responded quickly, explained everything and made sure I was happy with the product. I haven't installed yet as I'm going to paint first. So far, so good. I recommend be aware that longer packs can be a bit short.
