For a speaker of this size I am very impressed with the sound. Good clean crisp sound with good bass. My main reason for choosing this speaker over others is that I wanted to use it next to a pool and bathtub. He has already taken a dip in the pool and I am happy to report that he survived with no problems. I've gotten pretty good use from charging, but I should note that there's no audio jack to plug into your computer. music source. *Updated November 8, 2017* While I will keep my four star rating for this speaker, I have to whine a little about their customer support. I paired this speaker with a first generation Revain Echo. It worked fine for a day or two, but then it became very difficult to reconnect the Echo and this speaker. It was supposed to connect automatically, but didn't, and repeating "Alexa, Connect Wonderboom" rarely worked. I emailed UE support and asked if there are any known issues with the speaker and Echo. A week passed and I didn't get any reply from them, so I emailed them again. Nothing yet. I finally decided the problem was with the echo, but a response from UE would have been nice.
