This professional ceramic chef's knife from VegItPro arrived in a very colorful and elegant gift box with the knife inside. This knife is well balanced and comfortable to use. The blade is made of cubic zirconia and the blade length is 61/2 inches, which is the ideal length for a chef's knife. It is very sharp and I find it very easy to cut vegetables and fruits. Because it is ceramic, cutting through the bones in the meat is not recommended. I love the fact that this blade stays sharp for years. I'm a vegetarian and a fan of a healthy lifestyle so this was the perfect knife for me! I'm going to surprise my dad and buy him one for Father's Day!
