I had reservations about using the tube but it turned out to be so easy! There were no instructions in the kit and they were not needed. The only embarrassment was me! It was like an Ariel and Darth Vader cosplay. :) I'm preparing for my first sprint trike and my trainer recommended a snorkel so I can improve my punching and kicking skills. I was amazed at the importance of not catching your breath while swimming. If you normally breathe out through your nose, buy a nose clip to get used to breathing in and out through your mouth. I bought the blue one and it's a very pretty color!
