No problems so far - I think it's a good bet
True, our dog is only about 20 pounds but this bet was perfect for us. The T-handle makes it easier (better) than some other stakes to get into the ground and once set feels secure. The T-handle itself could have been better if it was bigger, but that would have made it less portable due to its size and weight. Portability is important to us as we use this dog carrier when we go camping. We had no problems with the rotating ring and the dog moves freely around it. I could possibly see the problem if you had a big dog breaking it, but I wouldn't know, sorry. 4/5 stars.
