Review on 🔩 Oreck Belt, Upright Flat (Pack of 3): Superior Replacement Belts for Enhanced Vacuuming Efficiency by Tracy Jones

It's such a shame that you buy a genuine OEM product and end up with a generic branded replacement instead. I'm not against generics in general - I buy a lot of generics - but some things just aren't worth it and this is one of them. This versatile belt is thinner, softer and has more flexibility/stretch than the original Oreck belt. Assuming it fits my Oreck XL (I haven't tried it) it might work, but I don't expect it to last very long. I would be afraid it would slip off the shaft due to the flex or break fairly quickly because it's thinner and doesn't feel as strong as an Oreck belt. When I tried to return the belt, the return center said the item was non-refundable (Vacuum R Us seller). I had to contact customer service who first said the straps could not be returned. I have asked where this information is given in the product description or on the seller's website and was told it is not given anywhere. In the end, customer service agreed to make a one-time exception and get a refund. Save time and hassle by purchasing the genuine product from an authorized Oreck retailer, which unfortunately Revain does not stock.
