It keeps my kayak right in the water
It works! I bought a used Hobie kayak and there are no handlebars. I can't keep it straight in the lagoon, it wobbles left or right and sometimes spins in circles. I bought this one (Borogo Kayak Rudder) and wow! The kayak can now go straight! I cut the pin off with a handsaw to make it smooth and then installed it on the back of the kayak with two metal screws. I don't stretch a rope to unroll it. Instead I just roll it out manually when I put the kayaks in the lagoon. It's easy and convenient.
