Very discreet installation above the license plate. Sturdy all-metal camera mounts, screws and washers, fully adjustable. Power connected to the return wire in the trailer harness connector a foot away. Route the camera feed under the truck through a retractable hole in the back of the floor panel. Silverado had two caches. Climbed under the door ledge and sprinted to follow. The monitor is powered by connecting the return cable in the fuse box under the instrument panel. When the truck shifts into reverse, both the monitor and camera turn on, and when the truck shifts into reverse, both turn off. The monitor had a menu option to flip the image, which was great because I chose to install it as shown (upside down). The seller sent me this monitor (free) thinking it would come with one (my fault, not theirs). This customer service falls far short of a call of duty.
