Only buy these if you CORDLESS MAX

They go perfectly with my Crosswave Max CORDLESS. I was worried because people said they didn't spin. I think you bought the wrong one for your Crosswave model. They work great and are great for wood floors with grooves in the wood. Much better than the "universal" ones that came with my Crosswave.
