Someone gave my eldest son a pair of these many years ago and he loved them so I decided to give them to my youngest for his 2nd birthday. He loves her. The "best" is twofold: the joy he feels from stomping and lighting them up, and the self-sufficiency he feels from being able to put them on himself.
