These bags look great. I like how I can install them and still lower the seats. The only problem is that they attach to the back of the seats with Velcro and straps around the back of the headrests. I also opted for a tray protector on the seat backs. Therefore, they are not as tight to the seat and just hang on the headrests. I won't put anything heavy in these pockets, but if I didn't use protective shells and velcro on the pockets I think I could. The clasp looks very strong. At the bottom of the bag is a small hanger that hangs directly around the rear seat attachment points. I'll try to find a D-ring to connect these bags here. It comes with two hooks and adjustable straps but I'm not sure where or how to use them. (Although I haven't read the instructions.) Let's see if I use it and for how long. Great in theory. They have to appear and disappear when I buy something in a big hardware store. Just take a look.
