Ok helmet suitable for motorcycles and weight training
This helmet is very light, comfortable and stylish. The only problem I had was that a few days ago it was very hot and my head was sweating which caused the inner liner to stick to my head. This is not a problem. When I tried to remove the helmet, the foam padding and liner stayed on my head, but the outer shell came off. I don't mean to complain, but that's obviously a problem.
