Very good knife for carving knives and forks
Wüsthof Classic IKON carving knife, one size, black, stainless steel This knife cuts my chicken with ease. The dimples should help. I have other Wusthof knives without it and they don't cut as easily as this one. The ones I have with "dimples" fit.
