Long and narrow

My son has very wide feet. These boots are 1.5 sizes larger than what he's wearing, but they're barely big enough for his feet. He ran towards them happily. The boots I received are marked as wide but they are not wide. you are narrow Although they appear to be good boots. If your kid is W I would take one size up, if your kid is XW 1.5 sizes would be too long but wide enough.
