Review on Messermeister Seasons Flexible Fillet 8 Inch by Jonathan Devarapalli
Great knife if you polish the blade.
This knife wasn't as sharp as it should be, but was easily repaired with a few passes over the 8000 grit stone and dresser block. The blade is fairly flexible and its length makes it easy to skin the large sides of a fish like salmon or mahi.
