I bought two of these for my mom and myself. The price is amazing for a water bottle with insulation. I started using mine and was having a hard time sucking anything out of it. It feels like there's so much suction in the bottle that you can't squeeze anything out through a straw. I thought it was both, but I tried my mother's and had no problems. I searched the entire Mira website to see if I could contact her regarding this but there was no contact information. Now I'm stuck with a crappy water bottle. 2 stars because my mom works great and she still gets cold when she travels. Also, the colors are great. I have pink and she has purple. Exactly like in the photo.
