Works great with filters for my hob.
With 5 tanks (30 to 55 gallons) and 11 filter pads that need to be changed weekly, I'm sick of the expense. This filter element is easier to cut (although a cardboard template can be made) and filters my aquariums perfectly. I use powerheads on my underground filters that capture small particles, and the outer filters - with this foam - capture larger pieces of debris.
- CUT TO SIZE: Sponge filter pads can be cut to fit almost any filter.
