I bought the EXTRA LARGE, I'm 5'11" and 185 pounds. They fit well. A little on the waist but XXL size would be too big. So I'm happy. Mind you that Doesn't go over pants, it's pants, just underwear and these pants.The zipper and clasp are made of durable metal.
