Review on Sleep Innovations 10 Inch Mattress Warranty by Brandon Garrett

This is a long term review. We bought this mattress in 2014 and it was great for the first year, but then it became firmer or less supportive. In any case, it felt like we were lying on a sleeping bag on the floor. Then we added the topper, then the lining, and although it worked for a while, the mattress eventually became rock hard again. We didn't know how bad it was until we visited friends and slept on a regular innerspring mattress and it felt like heaven. And here we are with a 4 year old mattress that we can't sleep on. and basically throw it away. Unfortunately after reading some other long term reviews we don't seem to be alone so this mattress should be avoided. We've contacted the manufacturer but haven't heard back, which is also very disappointing. Not recommended.
