This is a poncho, not a cape
This article is called Rain Caper, but it is actually a poncho. That's the whole problem. The drawing of the bird is cute. I will give The hood fits well, not too big like some others. I'm just not a fan of ponchos. UPDATE After wearing it a few times (because I have it) I can say it's pretty terrible. The head and shoulders stay dry, but due to the lack of sleeves, your hands get wet.
