Ideal for children!
We pierced my 3 year old's ears with this a few weeks ago. We went to a trusted tattoo parlor where they were sterilized before getting pierced. The screw caps are great and didn't bother my little one in the slightest. Another plus is that they are flat and smooth on the face, so cleaning freshly pierced ears was an easy task for us! I don't have to worry about the cotton swab snagging on something rough and pulling.
