I don't know how they expect this shovel to last. It's very thin and flexes with very little pressure, I'm sure it will be very hard to pick something up with the way it flexes. I also expect it to break very quickly, so I'll be returning it and buying something more reliable. That's a shame as I love the same company's domed litter boxes and was hoping for a good quality. The best thing about this one is the holder that hides the shovel, but even that is very cheap and doesn't stay open even when you take the shovel off, so it'll probably be difficult to get it back without using a second hand. keep it open I expected it to work like most toilet brushes, where the holder stays open until you stick a scoop into it.
