The suction cups suck, but the rest looks fine.

Mine just sits deep in the aquarium. I didn't bother much with the suction cups. Soaked for a full 24 hours before going live and seems to be working fine

Pros

Note: Can only be used for carbonation and needs to be soaked for more than 48 hours for the first use, which prevents the product from rupturing due to sudden inflation. It is recommended to soften the tube head with boiling water prior to intubation

Cons

Basically ok but...
