This is a decent pannier. I have a '96 Honda Rebel with no windshield and it's huge on it. Therefore, it partially comes off every time the wind picks up. So far a good case for the price. Generally no jerks. The notion of "waterproof" is wrong. It's like a tent, if you touch it from the inside for any reason, the water will seep out. For example, the wind picks up and the lid slams against the bike, whereupon it comes inside. It's a good case for the price. I would recommend! As for durability, I can't comment on that, at least not until a year or two has passed. I've had him for a while. The stitching is very bad, part of the clip sewn to the case fell off. The seams just came undone. Low product quality.
