Review on 🍺 GasOne 40 QT/10 GALLON Stainless Steel Brew Kettle: Ultimate Brewing Solution by Denise Shippee

I'm an engineer and machinist so I'm pretty picky about the gear I use. I was looking for a brew kettle to convert my setup from partial brew to full brew and saw this article. When I initially looked at it, the price was right and it had all the features I wanted and more, so I bit the bullet and bought it. The box arrived and everything was well packed. As soon as I took the device out of the box, I knew it was a good set. The craftsmanship and caliber of stainless steel from which each piece is crafted is perfectly strong, stable and engineered. The thermometer came out of the box perfectly calibrated. However, I had a few minor build issues. One of the socket thread adapters was threaded, only had a mini wrench to assemble it and was missing a threaded adapter to attach the bazooka screen to the socket. I contacted the manufacturer's support and was very satisfied with the answer. Their customer service department was phenomenal. Punctual, friendly and understanding. They were very surprised when they heard about the issues I was having with the product and immediately sent our replacement parts. Everything arrived today and the spare parts are perfect. I really think I just encountered poor packaging the first time and would not hesitate to buy from this manufacturer again. I can't wait to use this for my next brew!
