Purchased to protect the leather on my husband's chair. The head of the chair is larger than usual with big fins (think fins on cars built in the 50's) but we were still able to fit the rubber band over it. We have yet to find the need for the elastic strap used to hold it through the crease between the backrest and seat. The silicone tabs make it less slippery than others we've had. We just have to tweak it a little, but every day. It did a great job of protecting skin from small coffee or food spills. Easy to wash, color matching. It goes very well with dark brown skin. I am considering buying one for our sofa. I recommend.
