This is such a beautiful coat but it arrived in a bag and you can see the end result. With such a high price, goodwill matters. Will never buy again, lesson learned next time I buy off the shelf. Attention buyers! Now I have to spend an extra $20-30 to dry clean the fur at the dry cleaners to get the wrinkles out. And I bought 2 of these and both were a mess.
