I bought this to help loosen frozen circuses. When you need it, you need it and it works great. I've used it for about 6 circuses and I think patience is key. I've used a PB blaster, which seems to work better than wd 40, and let it sink in by hitting it a few times in about a week. This freed her enough to resume the lube. I used a 3 pound hammer and hit it pretty hard and often with a couple of cylinders of lead. It held up well I'd say making sure you can land a straight shot at it, as with any object a glancing blow would likely bend it. Edit: My original tool was stolen along with my other tools in the summer of 2019 so I re-ordered this tool. I'm sorry to say that this is no longer an effective tool as they changed the design to a two piece cylinder. The oil is now only expelled out of the o-ring instead of going into the zircon. It's disappointing to say the least, and I'm looking for a one-piece tool.
