Excellent quality, not as efficient as traditional converters, fan can be heard

Amazingly versatile voltage converter with many types of input and output protection. In the event of an error, the output switches off and the LED lights up red. You must then power cycle the inverter to resume normal operation. I would prefer it to auto resume after an input error as such errors happen in countries with bad power grids. The only downside is that since it's a true sine wave, it draws quite a bit of power even with no load. : 7W This is not a problem when travelling, but it adds up to 5 kWh per month as part of a fixed 240 V household installation, so a conventional transformer would be more suitable. The fan switches on and off in idle mode (no load). In terms of its characteristics and volume, the sound is similar to the sound of a head search on an old-type hard disk. It only bothers you when it's next to your bed. The fan runs continuously under moderate load and is very quiet. I also tested it under high load, with 180w bulbs. The fan quickly made noise that could be heard throughout the room, but it was much quieter than a running air conditioner, so I doubt it will disturb sleep. The outer surfaces stay just as warm as without load, maybe even a bit cooler.
