I've been looking for a good pencil sharpener for a long time and I hope this is it. I'm not sure about the durability but I hope it lasts a long time. Sharpens quickly and runs fairly quietly. Features are nice and what you need. I like the fact that it sharpens sharp or a little dull. I also like that it can sharpen thin, regular and large pencils. I like the lead ejector when a piece gets stuck in the knife. The documentation on the size to use is poor. The sharpener dial should have a mark or similar for standard size #2 pencils so you know the standard and correct setting. I wish there was a guide that allows the pencil to go in perfectly straight all the time so you don't have to keep sharpening on one side and redoing it. If you're using crayons, I would put the grinding wheel on the blunt side as it sharpens better. I would like the sharpening angle to be wider although it's better than most, I wish there was an option for a wider cutting angle in the 30-40 range. Even better adjustable from 24 to 34 angles.
