Definitely one!

I bought this as a birthday present for the man in my life. He lamented having lost his Japanese carbon steel knives a few years ago (I have no idea how anyone could lose such a knife, and to be honest I didn't want to know!); So I decided to surprise him with this knife. I chose this particular knife after reading the ratings and reviews of about half a dozen different knives, with a particular focus on reviews from professional chefs. My friend was very happy with this knife. , and while he's not a professional chef, he's a doctor, so I think it's pretty close when you're pressing sharp objects against your meat. ;)
