First I receive a defective product - I think it's because of the tough UPS shipping. The material doesn't seem to be as durable as most plastics. Inspect the product for shipping damage, microcracks, or discoloration in the form of milky-white jagged lines. If possible, carry out a pressure test with a large plastic pan filled with water before installation. You'll save yourself a lot of frustration later. Anyway, I got a replacement with no problems. What can I say: Auto Parts 123 simply stands behind the product they seal. Thank you!
