disappear I don't understand how these scissors get more stars: they are trash. If I were in the position of KitchenAid - assuming it isn't a counterfeit - I would be concerned about brand damage. Seriously, they don't even cut paper. I've tried using them for everything from cutting scallions to trimming thin vinyl. They don't cut. You know how sometimes you have to put pressure on the scissors while using them by pulling your thumb up towards your palm to make the scissors work "free"? Yes, nothing works with them. I bought these to replace an old pair of kitchen scissors that I had for years that were starting to wobble a bit. They still work so I took them to my garage to use there, but since I just threw away those "KitchenAid" scissors I'm bringing the old ones back to the kitchen. Scissors were cheap to begin with, but they are cheap for a reason. What annoys me more than money is being scammed by supposedly fake reviews.
