Disappointed: Not a smooth tool

This drill consists of four parts: the main body of the drill, a 3-jaw chuck (which holds the tips), a lightweight plastic cover for the back of the steel tool body, and a separate T-tool, which is used for all 3-jaw chuck settings (i.e. every time you want to use the tool). A drill box is also included. I have two complaints: 1. It's difficult to keep the different parts together. If the T tool was lost, the drill would be useless. The obvious solution of storing the tool and accessories in the original box does not work without disassembly, as the assembled tool does not fit in the box.2. The action is jerky rather than smooth, as if the gears weren't precisely aligned. It locks every few turns. This is very annoying when you try to use it for a project. This is not typical of hand drills: my Fiskars hand drill is so smooth and comfortable that even a child can handle it.
