This phone has many features including the ability to connect to a cell phone and download contacts. However, these functions are useless. The phone alerts me when someone is calling me on my cell phone but when I click to connect the cell phone answers but doesn't connect to the cell phone. If the phone is in another part of the house, you will have to locate it in order to speak. Although all my contacts have been downloaded, there is no directory or way to access them. This is a useless function. When someone calls and you want to add them to your directory, there's no obvious way to do it. A good feature, it does a good job of screening telemarketers.
