I'm buying this for the fourth time. I've tried other cheaper ones but they don't compare to this one. I used it as an eyeliner on my lashes right before bed and never had itchy or puffy eyes. If you stop using it or switch to another product that isn't as good, your lashes will fall out and grow back to their normal length. But while you use it, they are long. Everyone has always complimented my lashes since I've been using them and I like them way more than eyelash extensions or false lashes.
