After careful research on wired (coiled) and vibration sensors I decided to purchase a Runleader HM016B for my 2015 Husqvarna FC250 off-road bike. The counter is backed with 3M tape and has holes/slots for additional zips. Installation is easy: attach to the frame next to the engine. Did! Operation is also very simple: after binding, the counter counts the operating hours. However, viewing usage, totals and trips isn't that easy and requires reading (and following) the instructions on the back of the box. As with most one button devices these days, the user needs to be able to press and hold the button, wait three seconds, then press again, etc. Not difficult, but a few more buttons would be nice. It all comes down to price, however, and at this price point the meter appears to be doing what it's designed to do. Time will tell if it can withstand the water, mud, heat, roar and growl of a European bike!
